New Swiftium Portal
The new Swiftium Portal simplifies navigation with data aggregation at a glance. The summary page recommends tasks to complete, and offers real time insight into the usage of apps and scanners. Graphs show the number of captures and licenses activated and sessions attended. The intuitive menu on the left makes it easy to find what you need.
Edit Lead Scan Fields Within the SwiftLeads App
After scanning a lead, edit the fields to update the captured data within the app. This option is toggled on the event level by the event manager using an app parameter.
Carousel Qualifier View
There are now two display styles available for the way qualifiers are displayed within the SwiftLeads app: List and Carousel. The List view is the default view style that has been available in the app since its launch. The new Carousel view shows only a single qualifier per slide. The user must swipe the qualifier left/right to view the next qualifier.
Greater Control for Event Managers
Event managers can now change the event name and event dates without having to contact Swiftium support. *
*However, event dates must still be approved by the Swiftium support team before they will take effect.
Cosmic Portal Sync Tool Launched
The new Cosmic Portal Sync Tool is more intuitive, cleaner and incorporates much needed features that the legacy tool lacks. In the legacy sync tool, modification to an existing sync was impossible. The new Cosmic Portal Sync Tool allows modifications to be made on the fly. New event fields can now be added to the event as needed while creating the sync.
SalesForce.com Lead/Contact Creator Sync
The new SalesForce.com Lead/Contact Creator Sync allows scans to be pushed automatically to a SalesForce.com event as either Leads or as Contact objects.
